"After having a policy in place for over 20 years, my rate was increased by over 500%. I received no warning or explanation of a price increase before they implemented. I then had to reach out to my “Agent”, Christina, who I had to make multiple attempts before speaking to directly. When I did get ahold of her, she took a defensive stance, and claimed to have no way of knowing of the increase and change of policy. Avoidance, rudeness and ignorance of the policies your selling just strikes me as poor qualities in an “Insurance Agent”. I ended my business with her, and would strongly advise looking elsewhere."

"I just moved to the Greenbay area from NW Ohio, being a young single female on my own. Max took GREAT care of me! I was able to get car insurance and renters insurance for a VERY reasonable monthly cost. He also took the time to briefly go over life insurance and answered those questions I had as well. The environment was very welcoming, and the location is super easy to get to. Max was very informative, patient and answered any questions or concerns I had! I highly recommend both Max and Christina Lindauer for any of your insurance needs!"
